The Centre Block Rehabilitation Project is a landmark heritage renovation project within the Parliamentary Precinct. This challenging and rewarding project requires a Senior Architect with experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams, leading project meetings, and coordinating with various building disciplines.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the production of architectural design solutions and construction drawings.
  • Manage a group of architectural staff, leading project meetings, and coordinating all other building disciplines on multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Perform internal reviews and quality checks of the drawings to ensure compliance with standards and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Registered architect in Ontario (OAA), or eligibility to be registered.
  • 10+ years experience in architectural project management.
  • Familiarity with conservation design principles and national related standards and codes.
  • Knowledge of BIM principles & workflows, REVIT software, Microsoft 365 environment, and Bluebeam.
  • Demonstrated expertise in heritage conservation would be an asset.
