Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Barburrito is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring timely and accurate service
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure optimal inventory management
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef and ensure timely delivery of food trolleys
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Physically demanding with standing for extended periods.
