About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled GTM Initiative Lead to join our team at Varicent. This individual will be responsible for guiding go-to-market strategies and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and plans, focusing on product and domain responsibilities
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform strategy and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with demand teams to build high-response campaigns and drive pipeline development

Requirements:

  • 10+ years B2B technology experience, preferably in sales performance management
  • 5-7 years in product marketing roles
  • Proven track record of delivering go-to-market strategies and programs for enterprise technology or service providers, with corresponding revenue impact
