About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Project Manager to join our team at Epicure. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving impactful initiatives that shape the future of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead the development of process and standard operating procedures for our combined Sales and Marketing Team.
  • Commercial Project Management: Manage commercial GTM projects from conception to completion, ensuring precision and excellence.
  • Energy Calendar Management: Develop and manage an energy calendar of monthly Sales and Marketing commercial GTM activities.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
  • Project Planning: Develop and lead detailed project plans and monitor progress.
  • Strategy Alignment: Align commercial strategies with business objectives and goals.
  • Department Coordination: Coordinate with different departments for smooth project execution.
  • Project Evaluation: Evaluate project quality and performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and solicit continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Issue Resolution: Drive resolution of issues through coordination of actions assigned to key Stakeholders within projects.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with all key Stakeholders.
  • Reporting: Report on project performance to Senior Management.
Requirements and Skills
  • Experience: Minimum years' experience in Project Management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Certification: Project Management Professional designation (PMP).
  • Skills: Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, Project Management, and Change Management. Experience with Direct Sales considered an asset.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven mindset.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in project management software.
