Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements for our combined Sales and Marketing Team
  • Lead and manage commercial GTM projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Develop and manage an energy calendar of monthly Sales and Marketing commercial GTM activities
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and drive project success
  • Align commercial strategies with business objectives and goals, ensuring seamless execution
  • Evaluate project quality and performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Requirements and Skills
  • Minimum years' experience in Project Management, with a proven track record of success
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with a focus on project management
  • Project Management Professional designation (PMP), with experience in Sales, Marketing, and Change Management
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time-management skills, with a strong analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to drive results through effective collaboration
