Key Responsibilities:- Develop and lead commercial GTM projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to meet project objectives, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving resolution of issues.
- Develop and manage an energy calendar of monthly Sales and Marketing commercial GTM activities, evaluating project quality and performance.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth project execution, identifying and soliciting continuous improvement opportunities.
- Report on project performance to Senior Management, building and maintaining strong relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Minimum years' experience in Project Management, with a proven track record in Sales, Marketing, Project Management, and Change Management.
- Project Management Professional designation (PMP) and proficiency in project management software.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time-management skills, with strong analytical abilities and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to align commercial strategies with business goals.
