About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team at Dillon Consulting Limited. As a key member of our contract administration department, you will be responsible for executing daily activities related to the construction of residential subdivisions, commercial, and municipal development projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing on-site inspections and writing daily progress reports;
  • Assisting with the tendering process and various experiences as opportunities arise;
  • Reviewing engineering drawings and specifications for assigned projects and preparing daily for various assigned tasks and responsibilities;
  • Preparing construction cost estimates, quantity take-offs, tender documents, payment certificates, change orders, and other administrative assignments as required;
  • Providing consistent project overviews and updates to internal staff, clients, City staff, and various stakeholders throughout the construction process;
  • Assisting in managing the tasks of various sub-consultants as required, including Geotechnical Consultant, Land Surveyors, Independent Testing Contractors, etc.

You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless project execution and excellent client service.
