Job Title: Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at ASI Tech Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, equipment operators, and other support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including the implementation of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including documentation of site conditions, weather, and other relevant factors.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being performed in accordance with project plans and specifications.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, including those related to weather, equipment, and personnel.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality of work.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, including experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
