About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at CIA Buildings Ltd. as a key member of our construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from construction sites.
  • Site Preparation: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mixing and Spreading: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as directed by supervisors.
  • Site Cleanup: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: This role involves working in a physically demanding environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Capabilities: The successful candidate must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials and equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job is essential.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule.
