Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex legal conflicts, provide expert advice to clients, and negotiate on their behalf to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Manage litigation cases and collaborate with in-house client teams to provide guidance and support on corporate policies and litigation matters.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in commercial and/or consumer litigation in an in-house corporate environment.
- Ability to work remotely full-time for corporate clients, handling in-house litigation matters on a contract basis.
- Admitted to the bar in the province where you reside.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with database management of litigation materials and documents.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to handle a heavy workload and meet deadlines.
- Advanced legal writing skills, research experience, and ability to deliver complex analysis and recommendations.
