Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, monitor staff performance, and implement effective task planning. Key responsibilities include scheduling staff work hours, supervising employees, providing training, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will also be responsible for negotiating arrangements with suppliers, addressing customer complaints, and managing events. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Revitasize team and take on a challenging role that requires strong organizational and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and optimize daily restaurant operations
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback
- Plan and organize daily tasks and activities
- Schedule staff work hours and manage employee shifts
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members
- Train staff on new procedures and protocols
- Determine menu offerings and implement operational procedures
- Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure efficient stock management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Manage and coordinate events and promotions
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, overseeing a team of 1-2 people, working a permanent term, with a 35-hour workweek. The supervisor will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
