Job Title: Administrative Associate

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking an Administrative Associate to join our team at Guillevin International.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our managers, including email management, scheduling, and billing.
  • Manage day-to-day calls, redirecting them to the right person as needed, and process the business centre's mail.
  • Balance petty cash, make deposits, manage accounts payable, and process freight claims and daily delivery summaries.
  • Inform managers of any administrative anomalies and recommend improvements to ensure efficient processes.
  • Work with the team to understand business centre operations, familiarize yourself with products and suppliers, and become proficient with systems in use.
  • Coordinate occasional events or projects, such as shows and customer events.
