Job Title: Information Technology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at TAPPCONNECT INC.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our computer systems and networks. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, and ensuring the overall reliability and performance of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees and users
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and problems
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve system performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer systems and networks
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
