Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading marine design projects from concept to delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality results. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading project teams to deliver complex marine designs within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Designing and developing marine vessels and structures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marine design engineering, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of CAD software and analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
