As Assistant Director, Recruitment and Global Mobility, you will play a critical role in shaping the Bank's recruitment strategies and supporting global mobility initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Recruitment Specialists and Global Mobility Specialists
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Oversee the Global Mobility function, ensuring seamless relocation, immigration, and external mobility programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and achieve results
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in recruitment and global mobility
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Established experience in a senior leadership role within Human Resources, Recruitment, or a similar function
- Proven track record of leading projects and process improvements in multi-stakeholder settings
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and consultative skills
- Language proficiency in English and French (bilingual) with a minimum starting level of functional (level 4) in second official language
