Director of Recruitment

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Recruitment to join our team at Brightgrove Canada Corp.
Job Summary:The Director of Recruitment will be responsible for leading the recruitment function and developing strategies to attract and retain top talent. This role will oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, and will work closely with hiring managers to ensure that the right candidates are selected for the right roles.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors
- Manage the recruitment budget and ensure that all recruitment expenses are within budget
- Develop and implement training programs for recruitment staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure that the recruitment function is operating effectively
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as human resources or business administration
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a leadership role
- Proven track record of success in recruitment, including experience with recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers, recruitment staff, and external agencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions
