We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Recruitment to join our team at Brightgrove Canada Corp.
Job Summary:The Director of Recruitment will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts, developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, and managing a team of recruiters to ensure we attract and hire top talent.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent
- Manage a team of recruiters to ensure effective recruitment efforts
- Plan and control budget and expenditures related to recruitment
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for recruitment
- Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
- Plan, develop and implement training and development strategies for recruiters
- Manage contracts and agreements related to recruitment
- Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
- Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics and trends
- Advise senior management on recruitment-related matters
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
- Proven track record of success in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze data
