Job Title: General Manager

At SWIFT FINANCIAL SERVICES, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our organization to success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Strategy: Establish and implement organizational policies and programs, allocate resources, and authorize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, establish financial and administrative controls, and approve promotional campaigns.
  • Representation and Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, delegate representatives, and ensure excellent oral and written communication.
  • Team Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff, and create optimum working conditions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Office
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, organized
Work Environment:
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
