Job Title: Executive Director

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at Hornbill Insurance Brokers Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our organization and making strategic decisions to drive growth and success.

Job Summary

The Executive Director will be responsible for allocating resources, authorizing department establishment, and establishing organizational objectives. They will also represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and manage events and conduct performance reviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
  • Manage events and conduct performance reviews
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

The Executive Director will work in a consulting firm environment, with a team of 5-10 people. They will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Computer and Technology Skills

The successful candidate will have proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.

Area of Work Experience

The Executive Director will have experience in management and brand management, and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Personal Suitability

The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to work accurately and efficiently. They will also have good judgement and be organized.
