Job Title: Landscape Labourer

Viking Services Inc. is seeking a reliable and physically fit Landscape Labourer to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Landscape Labourer to assist with landscape constructions, remove litter and garbage, apply fertilizers, repair and maintain equipment, and write daily basic progress reports. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape maintenance and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and weeding.
  • Remove litter and garbage from the work site.
  • Apply fertilizers and other chemicals as required.
  • Repair and maintain equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and other gardening tools.
  • Write daily basic progress reports to management.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and other gardening tools.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in landscape maintenance an asset.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
  • Valid driver's license an asset.
Working Conditions

The Landscape Labourer will work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, with exposure to varying weather conditions. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.
