Job Title: Landscape Labourer

Viking Services Inc. is seeking a reliable and physically fit Landscape Labourer to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Landscape Labourer to assist with landscape constructions, remove litter and garbage, apply fertilizers, repair and maintain equipment, and write daily basic progress reports. The ideal candidate will have experience in the field and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and weeding.
  • Remove litter and garbage from the work site.
  • Apply fertilizers and other chemicals as needed.
  • Repair and maintain equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and other gardening tools.
  • Write daily basic progress reports to management.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and other gardening tools.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in the field, preferably in landscaping or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions.
Work Environment

The Landscape Labourer will work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, rain, and snow. The work site will be a combination of grass, dirt, and other outdoor surfaces.
