About the Job

This permanent, full-time position involves working in both commercial and residential settings to install high-quality flooring solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare surfaces for tile installation by measuring, marking, and cleaning.
  • Mix, apply, and spread adhesives using hand trowels.
  • Set tiles in place, ensuring proper alignment and straightness.
  • Cut and fit tiles around obstacles and openings using hand and power tools.
  • Remove and replace damaged or cracked tiles.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in floor covering installation.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
Work Environment

You will work in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads and performing tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as flexible onboarding options for new employees.
