Job Title: Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at DOABA A-1 RENOVATION. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of our team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Estimate costs and materials, and ensure that all necessary resources are available.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our team members are aware of their responsibilities in this regard.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:

Our team members work in various locations, and as an Operations Supervisor, you will be required to travel to these locations as needed.
