Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Staffing Officer to join our team at Swis Recruitment & Employment Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Collect and screen applicants, ensuring that only the most suitable candidates are presented to our clients.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, providing clear and concise information.
  • Review candidate inventories and coordinate with hiring managers to identify the best fit for each role.
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions, leveraging our extensive network to find top talent.
  • Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible candidates.
  • Notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all parties involved.
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties, ensuring that our administrative tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Recruit and hire staff, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
