Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, including scheduling and performance reviews.
  • Manage cash handling and maintain a secure and organized store environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
