Job Summary

BQ International Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our wildfire management branch, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Requirements Analysis: Gather and document business requirements to inform technical solutions.
  2. Technical Solution Design: Design and develop technical solutions to meet business requirements.
  3. Project Management: Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure effective communication.
  5. Business Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to team members.
  7. Documentation: Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical requirements and design documents.
  8. Communication: Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders.

  • Strong technical skills, including experience with software development and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Business acumen, with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Project management skills, with experience in managing projects from initiation to delivery.
