Lawn Care Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lawn Care Supervisor to join our team at Titan Yardworks. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our lawn care services, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of lawn care technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Grounds Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement plans for grounds maintenance, including lawn mowing, pruning, and other related tasks.
- Landscape Construction Management: Oversee the planning, management, and supervision of landscape construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Work Records and Logs: Maintain accurate records and logs of work completed, including hours worked, materials used, and any issues encountered.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired, and that technicians are trained on its use and maintenance.
- Material Requisition: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support lawn care operations.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Area of Specialization: Lawn care, tree service, grounds maintenance, design, and landscape construction
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, and a combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, and bending, crouching, kneeling
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, excellent oral communication, initiative, judgement, team player, flexibility, work term: permanent, work language: English, and hours: 40 hours per week
