Lawn Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lawn Care Supervisor to join our team at Titan Yardworks. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our lawn care services.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient and effective lawn care services.
- Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities, including lawn mowing, pruning, and fertilization.
- Manage and supervise landscape construction work, including planting, mulching, and irrigation system installation.
- Maintain accurate work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan.
- Procure materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support lawn care operations.
- Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and quality.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in lawn care or a related field.
This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring the ability to handle heavy loads, work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and stand for extended periods. The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral communication skills, initiative, and a strong work ethic.
What We Offer- Permanent full-time position.
