Lawn Care Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lawn Care Supervisor to join our team at Titan Yardworks. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our lawn care crew, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard and that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of lawn care technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Grounds Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement plans for grounds maintenance, including lawn mowing, pruning, and other tasks as required.
- Landscape Construction Management: Oversee the planning and execution of landscape construction projects, including the installation of new lawns, gardens, and other outdoor features.
- Work Record Management: Maintain accurate records of work completed, including hours worked, tasks performed, and any issues or concerns raised by customers.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner to prevent downtime and ensure efficient operations.
- Supply Chain Management: Source and procure materials, equipment, and supplies as required to support lawn care and landscape construction activities.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Provide technical guidance and support to team members, and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the course of work.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
