Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Autumn Lee Retirement Home Moncton. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate contact or service area
- Provide information and answer questions to the best of your ability
- Operate the switchboard or telephone system to handle incoming calls
- Process information required to provide customer service
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages
- Calculate billing charges and provide directory assistance
- Relay service to persons with disabilities and perform data entry
- Provide customer service and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Flexibility and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
