We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Autumn Lee Retirement Home Moncton. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to all visitors
  • Direct residents and families to the appropriate staff members or services
  • Answer and respond to phone calls and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Process and manage resident information and records
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Provide general information and support to residents and families
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
