We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Autumn Lee Retirement Home Moncton. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and Direct: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
- Provide Information: Provide basic information to clients and the public.
- Process Information: Obtain and process information required to provide customer service.
- Switchboard Operations: Operate switchboard or telephone system.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail.
- Customer Service: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
- Bookkeeping: Calculate billing charges and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Setting: Retirement home environment.
