About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Punjab Optical Ltd. as a Salesperson - Retail. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing product recommendations and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, and effectively promote them to customers.
  • Operational Tasks: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain accurate sales records for inventory control.
  • Store Environment: Ensure a clean and organized store environment, and assist in the display of merchandise.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail sales experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
