About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at AKAL OPTICAL INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist customers in finding the right products and provide information on features and benefits.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the display of merchandise.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
