About the Role:

Nike Retail is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Store Associate. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest Nike products and services.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and respect.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including creating visually appealing displays and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and returns.
  • Participate in store events and promotions, driving sales and engaging with customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Must be 16 years of age.
  • Able to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
  • Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
