Job Title: Senior Caregiver

Riverwood Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Caregiver to join our team. As a Senior Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
  • Support residents with their exercise routines and mobility needs
  • Deliver meals and snacks to residents, ensuring their dietary needs are met
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
