Job Title: Personal Care Aide

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our team at Riverwood Senior Living. As a Personal Care Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with mobility and transfer patients as needed.
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks, and assist with feeding patients.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties.
  • Participate in resident care planning and implementation.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
