Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and the location of our operations.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Grounds Maintenance Worker to assist with various aspects of landscape maintenance. This includes assisting with landscape constructions, weeding, pruning and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, removing litter and garbage, carting and spreading topsoil and other materials, laying sod or seed, planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees, applying fertilizers, repairing and maintaining equipment, and watering and tending to plants, lawns and/or gardens.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent physical stamina, as the job involves working outdoors in various weather conditions. You will also need to possess strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is an asset, but not essential.
