General Team Member

To work with a construction or maintenance crew to build and maintain outdoor living spaces. Upon discussion with company management you will likely work within your chosen division for employment (Construction or Maintenance).
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Access to reliable transportation to our shop located in St.Andrews, MB
- Ability to stand and work with your hands for long periods of time
- Ability to listen to and follow instruction from a direct supervisor
- Comfortable with working in dusty, hot, wet and/or cold temperatures
- Comfortable working weekends if schedule permits
- Valid Class 5 License
- Operate small engine equipment such as trimmers, lawn mowers, concrete saws, etc.
- Lift and move heavy materials by hand or by wheel barrel
- Prune and shape trees/shrubs, weed beds, plant trees and shrubs
- Maintain lawn areas, pick up garbage, sweep street and walkways
- Lay paving stone, concrete or concrete materials, dig holes and use wheel barrels
- Shovel rock, soil and other landscape materials
- Clean equipment and trailers
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- An excellent work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines / show up on time
- Work within a cooperative team setting
- A basic understanding of math
- April 1st - November 15th ( Weather dependent )
- Work is available during winter months but it is not a requirement of this position
- Monday to Saturday
- Weather and schedule may require some Saturday work.
- 10 - 12 hours per day
- Starting wage of $18-$29/hr based on experience and skill set

**Salary**: $18.00-$29.00 per hour
