St Thomas, Canada Simon’s Lawn Care Full time

Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Crew Members and Crew Leaders to join our team. As a Crew Member or Leafer, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our landscaping business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide professional landscaping services to all clients in an efficient manner including; lawn maintenance, aerating, hedge trimming, overseeding and other outdoor services
- Ensure safe operation of power and hand tools and ensure proper PPE is worn at all times
- Drive, turn and back up enclosed, landscape and dump trailers safely and efficiently
- Company uniforms and apparel to be worn during ALL working hours
- Safely operate heavy machinery including mowers, mini track loaders and other large equipment
- Safely operate trimmers, blowers and other small tools

**Skills**:

- Experience in the landscaping industry is preferred but not required for crew members. Crew Leader experience is required
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory and time management

Joining our team as a Crew Member or Crew Leader offers you an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can enhance your skills in the landscaping industry whilst delivering exceptional service to our valued commercial and residential clientele.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
