Estimated Salary Range: $39.07 - $56.00 per hour

Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse Haemodialysis, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care to individuals receiving hemodialysis treatment.

Your primary focus will be on delivering all aspects of care to patients with a primary nursing focus, including providing education and follow-up to all hemodialysis patients.

You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement plans of care, ensuring timely communication and collaboration throughout the care journey.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • BCLS certification upon hire to show proof of valid current certification
  • BScN preferred
  • Minimum two year acute Medical / Surgical experience, required
  • Minimum two years recent Hemodialysis experience is required
  • Nephrology certificate courses completed or commitment to complete within an agreed period of time
