Electrical Sales Specialist

To succeed in this role, you will need to be proactive in servicing our existing customer base while identifying opportunities to grow the customer base and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service customers through order entry and fulfillment
  • Expedite quotations, including follow-up on customer requests
  • Develop sales and product knowledge
  • Promote Westburne as a leading electrical supply solution provider by maintaining a high level of technical expertise and customer service
  • Collaborate with outside sales and technical teams to support and grow the customer base
  • Make outbound calls to promote sales objectives and secure orders
  • Act as a brand ambassador, building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of inside sales experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Prior quotations experience in a similar industry
