Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our Subway Sandwiches team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Operations and Logistics: Manage inventory, control costs, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure prompt and courteous service to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor sales and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a large workload. You will be required to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle heavy loads. You must be physically demanding and able to stand for extended periods.
