Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure that staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to ensure that we are operating within our budget.
  • Ensure that our food and beverage products meet our quality standards and are presented in a clean and appealing manner.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and labor hours.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
