Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
- Delegate work to office support staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities, including maintaining records and preparing reports.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Permanent position.
- English language proficiency.
- 40 hours per week.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be able to manage a large workload and meet tight deadlines.
