Administrative Coordinator

Cascadia Metals is a dynamic and growing organization that values its employees. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Mississauga branch team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to ensure the efficiency of the office's day-to-day operations.
- Meet customers with enthusiasm and assist with their inquiries.
- Process accounts receivable and payable, including cheque deposits, credit card payments, and order releases.
- Provide statements of accounts and assist with AR questions.
- Support customer service, including PO processing, sales order creation, and inventory lookups.
- Order office and warehouse supplies as needed.
- Prepare end-of-day reports for outbound shipments and ensure accurate freight costing.
- Assist staff, managers, and sales reps with various tasks.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
- Post-secondary education is preferred.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an office environment.
