About the Role

Palladino Subaru is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, ensuring our customers' vehicles are running safely and efficiently.

Job Description
  • Diagnose and repair problems with various automotive systems, including engine, transmission, and electrical systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Test and inspect vehicles to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues and share knowledge to improve overall performance.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician or equivalent.
  • Diploma or certificate in Automotive Technology or related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
