At Canadian Tire Store #278, we are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Service Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and repairing motor vehicles, as well as performing scheduled maintenance services. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be required to have strong hand-eye coordination and be accurate in your work. You will also be responsible for discussing work with your supervisor, reviewing work orders, and testing automotive systems and components. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of automotive systems, including engine repair, electrical and electronic systems, and brake systems. You will also be required to have a strong understanding of safety protocols and be able to work in a team environment. Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in automotive repair
  • Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and accuracy
