Job Title: Vice President

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President to lead our IT department at Anet Fiber Tech Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, authorizing department establishment, and representing the organization in official functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  2. Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  3. Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  4. Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  5. Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  6. Conduct performance reviews
  7. Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions
  8. Coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in IT management. They should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as experience in project coordination and team management.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. They should be able to work under pressure and have excellent attention to detail.
