About the Role
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a skilled Production Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and resolving issues related to our production systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Big Data components, Unix, Autosys, Database (preferably Oracle), and Microsoft Azure components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve system performance.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our production systems and tools, including ServiceNow.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide timely and accurate updates on issue resolution.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support coverage.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production support projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to debug codes and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with multiple teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing tool and Microsoft Azure components is an asset.
